Nous ne sommes pas simplement une équipe de professionnels : nous sommes avant tout trois amis unis par des valeurs communes. Animés par la même passion, nous avons mis nos savoir-faire au service d’un projet qui nous ressemble.

Après sept années passées côte à côte dans différents établissements, nous avons choisi de réaliser notre rêve : créer notre propre restaurant.
